Returns

Vanity Case is confident that you will be satisfied with your jewellery purchase from our website. However, we understand that there may be occasions when our customers may change their mind after delivery. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 21 days of delivery, provided that the jewellery is returned in it’s original condition. Unfortunately, due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.

Please follow these steps if you wish to return your jewellery purchase:

1. Request a Returns Number.

Before we can process the return of your jewellery gift, you must contact us to request a Returns Reference Number.

i) Go to the ‘My Account’ section on the Vanity Case website.

Note that you will have to sign in to access your account details. For this you will need to supply your email address and your account password.

ii) Use the ‘View Previous Orders’ option to list all of your jewellery purchases from Vanity Case.

iii) Click on the Order number that you wish to return. The Order details for this order number will be displayed. Check that the item of jewellery that you wish to return is shown on the Order details screen – if not, select a different Order number.

iv). If your order has been despatched, you will be presented with a section titled: ‘How to Return a Product’. Follow this link to request a Returns Number. Complete the details on the page and submit. Once processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Returns Reference number.

If you would prefer not to use the website to process your return, please contact Vanity Case at sales@vanitycase.com to let us know that you wish to return an item. Please state the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Your name & address
  • Reason for return
  • Whether a refund or exchange is required

Once processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Returns Reference number.

2. Once you have received a confirmation email containing your Returns Reference number, you should return the jewellery gift to Vanity Case. Wrap the item in the original packaging, or suitable protective packaging.

Include the Returns Reference number and post to:

We recommend that you use Recorded delivery to provide proof of delivery as we do not accept liability for loss in transit.

3. Upon receipt, we will process the refund (using the original payment method) or arrange for the item to be exchanged.

Note that shipping costs cannot be refunded by Vanity Case.
